It grabbed me
Yesterday I was sorting books and came across one I used to read often. I kind of accidentally cracked it open. I read it while I put on a movie, made soup, fed Meg, and ate the soup myself. In fact I read it pretty much all the way through to the last page, which led me to believe maybe I shouldn't get rid of that one.

Now, how can you tease us this way and NOT tell us what the book is?!
Oh. Well, since you ask, it was The Blue Castle by L. M. Montgomery and it's really NOT that good of a book. She has entire paragraphs of maudlin semi-worship of being out in the woods. But apparently it's still good enough to read in one sitting.
